Every effort has been made to ensure our photographs, specifications and descriptions are accurate. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website, due to limitations of some monitors and browsers. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Ordering
You can order from us online or, if you prefer, you can phone the shop during opening hours, which are Monday to Saturday 9am til 5pm on telephone number 01388 450499.
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order, providing you have supplied us with your email address.
Pricing and VAT.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and in British Pounds Sterling. Our company VAT number is 734 1721 52. Prices quoted do not include a delivery charge.
Delivery.
Our standard delivery charges are charged by weight. Items under 0.499kg will be sent via Royal Mail, all other items will be sent via our chosen courier service - Fastway Couriers.
Please ensure we are provided with a full and correct address with postcode.
Orders are normally despatched withing two working days from receipt of payment. Please allow an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days, however please note that we will need to wait 14 days from dispatch to investigate the non arrival of an item. For next day and overseas delivery, please contact us for delivery charges.
In the event that any item is out of stock, we will advise you and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.
Christmas orders must be made by 14th December to guarantee arrival for Christmas.
Payment.
You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Amex and Paypal.
Payment is to be made at the time of your order. All cardholders are subject to authorisation and validation checks. If payment is refused by the issuer, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Returns,Exchanges and Cancellations
We think you will be delighted with your purchase from us, however we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange to exchange or refund the goods once they are returned in their original condition, unused and with their own, undamaged packaging, within fourteen days of receipt. We will require you to pay for your return postage, and for your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. If the returned item is found to be faulty , we may refund your original postage. This will not affect your Statutory Rights.

If you have any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to rectify the situation for you.
